Pokeno childcare centre is owned by a loving family, that extends that love to each and every child in our care.
The Centre Licensee is Harsim who has just graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce/Art from University of Auckland. With a great guiding hand from her father and moral support from her mother, Harsim decided to invest into a childcare centre where she could make a difference in a child’s life.
As part of my upbringing, I have witnessed the wonderful opportunities
that children miss out on in their early education and development.
Through this mindset I wanted to change the viewpoint of the society
where I grew up in. This interest grew as I helped my dad in his other
Centres and with this passion I wanted to make a difference in the early
childhood sector.
