About

Pokeno Childcare Centre is Licensed for 60 children to which we have 15 under 2’s and 45 over 2’s. The centre is purpose built to accommodate children in different rooms.

Kiwi Room
3 - 24 months

When you enter the Kiwi Baby room the first thing you will notice is the peaceful environment and the respectful way our teachers engage with infants/toddlers in their care.

Tui Room
2 - 3years

In the Tui room our children are gaining an increased language base with a greater ability to regulate their emotions and explore their sense of self.

Pukeko Room (Pre-school)
3 - 5 years School Readiness

Our Pukeko Room is the last stop before our children enter their first stages of formal learning.
